DETAILS: Acrylic paint and oil pastels on premier canvas on a wood frame. Vintage papers are woven into the piece and were from a 1931 advertisement for aprons. Positive and uplifting messages are also hidden in the piece through out the leaves.
INSPIRATION FOR PIECE: At our last home we had these tremendous fruit trees all over our backyard. Tangerines, lemons and grapefruits filled the air this time of year. This piece was an ode to those beautiful trees and the amazing aroma they left in our yard.
